A Market Corner member remains an independent person or business. Its inclusion is not a Second Story Studio partnership and is not a blanket endorsement of every product, service or claim.
- The named member is responsible for accurate claims, permissions, intellectual property, safety, compliance, prices and availability.
- Unless a written arrangement expressly says otherwise, the member—not Second Story Studio—is the seller or service provider and controls payment, fulfilment, delivery, returns, aftercare and customer service.
- Second Story Studio prepares and manages the agreed Market Corner presentation. Content and external links require review; nothing publishes automatically, and Second Story Studio may refuse, suspend or remove unsuitable material.
Customers should check the named seller, service provider or project lead and the applicable terms before paying or commissioning work. Where an external platform is used, the transaction is with the named provider under its own terms.
